Description: We are seeking a seasoned Scrum Master with 5 years of experience to facilitate and lead Agile development teams in delivering high-quality software solutions. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of implementing Scrum practices, fostering team collaboration, and removing impediments to ensure successful project delivery.
Responsibilities:
Lead daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
Ensure teams adhere to Scrum principles and practices.
Act as a servant leader to Agile teams, promoting a culture of trust and collaboration.
Help teams self-organize, manage their work, and deliver high-value increments.
Identify and implement continuous improvements in Agile processes.
Track and communicate Agile metrics (e.g., velocity, burn-down charts).
Proactively identify and remove blockers to enable team productivity.
Coordinate with stakeholders and other teams to resolve cross-team dependencies.
Collaborate with Product Owners to ensure a well-defined product backlog.
Facilitate communication between development teams and stakeholders.
Educate team members and stakeholders on Agile principles.
Mentor team members to ensure Agile best practices are followed.
Mandatory Skills:
5 years of experience as a Scrum Master or in a similar role.
Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe).
Hands-on experience with Agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, or Azure DevOps.
Exceptional facilitation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to resolve conflicts and foster a collaborative team environment.
Preferred Skills:
Experience in scaled Agile frameworks (e.g., SAFe, LeSS).
Background in software development or project management.
Familiarity with DevOps principles and practices.
Education:
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $50.00 - $65.00 per hour
Expected hours: 8 per week
