Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Help Desk Support Engineer at LAN Infotech. The Help Desk Support Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting issues, assisting with printer support, and maintaining computer hardware. The role involves ensuring smooth operations of IT systems and resolving end-user technical issues promptly.

  • Technical Support and Help Desk Support skills
  • Troubleshooting and Printer Support expertise
  • Knowledge of Computer Hardware
  • Strong problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work well in a team and independently
  • Relevant certifications Office 365, Azure
  • Windows 10, 11, Mac OS and Office 365
  • Active Directory Maintenance
  • Ability to communicate technical information, both verbal and written, to a wide range of end-users
  • 3 years experience
