Responsibilities
Campus Apartments is seeking a CapitalProject Coordinator to manage capital projects and teach and manage site team managers.
- Coordinate with project team members to ensure timely completion of project deliverables.
- Manage project timelines and budgets, ensuring adherence to project scope and specifications.
- Review RFIs and submittals to ensure completeness and accuracy.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and progress reports.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor project progress and identify potential issues.
- Manage project risks and develop contingency plans as needed.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.
