We are looking for a Receptionist/Secretary to join our team and provide exceptional customer service to our clients. The successful candidate will be responsible for answering incoming calls, greeting visitors, managing the office calendar, and providing administrative support to the team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a professional attitude, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Greet patients and direct them to the appropriate treatment room.
- Answer phone calls and take messages.
- Schedule appointments and referrals.
- Maintain a neat and organized reception area.
- Provide general administrative support to the office staff. And prepare correspondence, reports, and other documents.
