Position: Custodian/Maintenance Worker
Job Summary: Perform preventative maintenance, painting, and daily cleaning of interior and exterior facility.
Duties & Responsibilities:
·Daily cleaning of interior facility including, but not limited to, floor cleaning and buffing, emptying trash and recyclables, vacuuming, restroom cleaning and maintenance
·General building maintenance including but not limited to, window-washing, painting, basic plumbing, electrical, and HVAC
·Grounds keeping including, but not limited to, landscaping and grounds clean up
·Other duties as assigned including flexibility toward overtime as requested
Qualifications and Expectations:
·High School Diploma or equivalent required.
·Must possess good organizational skills involving consistency, flexibility and structure.
·Must have the ability to lift / carry up to 50 pounds.
·Competent in use of various hand/power tools
·Must be able to use/climb ladders
·Must have a valid Ohio driver’s license, clean driving record, and proof of insurance
·Available to work overtime and some weekends as requested
Pay Rate: $17.38 per hour
