Role Description
This is a full-time onsite Administrative Assistant role located in Lancaster, PA. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support, handling phone communication with professionalism, executing clerical tasks, taking orders, billing, customer service, and assisting with executive administrative duties.
Qualifications
- Administrative Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance skills
- Strong Phone Etiquette and Communication skills
- Proficiency in Clerical Skills
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Experience in a similar role is preferred
- Knowledge of basic office software and equipment
- High school diploma or equivalent
