Role Description
PAP Technologies, Inc. is a Lancaster, PA based diverse company, and is looking for a professional Administrative Assistant to support our Contract Staffing, Administrative, and Quality Control Departments. This is a full-time, on-site position (typically M-F) at our Centerville Road office. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, intuitive, emotionally intelligent, and trustworthy. This is an hourly position.
Requirements
• Strong computer skills with proficiency in MS Office Suite (emphasis on Excel and Word).
• Organized, detail oriented and excellent time management skills
• Good Communications Skills
• Willingness to Learn and be Flexible with Assignments
• Must possess valid driver’s license and maintain an acceptable motor vehicle driver history record (note: our vehicle insurance carrier will not insure anyone with speeding violations over 20 mph, DUI, etc.).
• Submit to security background checks as required by PAP and its customers. Background checks include criminal, financial, and employment history (note: our lottery contracts mandate employees must not have a felony conviction or any fraud, theft or violent criminal convictions).
• Keep confidentiality and be willing to sign a confidentiality agreement with PAP.
• Must be willing to not be out when the person you backup is out
• Ability to work independently and as a team
• Must not play any gaming or wagering PAP is involved with. This applies to anyone in the immediate household of the person holding this position.
Job Duties:
• Prepare and administer FMLA, Termination, etc. paperwork for the Contract Staffing department
• Administer Disciplinary Actions for the Contract Staffing department
• Airport Badging trips to the Philadelphia Airport for the Contract Staffing department (must be willing to travel by train).
• Collecting data for Government reporting as required to the Contract Staffing department.
• Scanning and creating digital files (confidentiality forms, human resources, etc.)
• Collect and distribute mail for the company
• Back-Up support for Staff Support Assistant and data entry for Quality Control Department
• Welcome visitors and administer sign-in and badging of guests
• Coordination of company events
• Prepare UPS, FedEx and Postal Shipments for office
• Run errands as needed
• Other duties as assigned by management
