JOB DESCRIPTION
Keystone Cap Company, a manufacturing company in Columbia, PA, has an immediate opening for a full- time Administrative Assistant. Monday-Friday; 6:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
This position requires a professional who thrives on managing varied daily tasks and has the flexibility to take on new responsibilities. We need someone who will thrive in and enhance our team, own all aspects of any task assigned, and enjoys helping people.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Provide a consistent, positive, and professional representation of Keystone Cap in written, phone, and in-person communications.
- Communicate with clients and vendors.
- Process orders and quote requests.
- Receive deliveries and coordinate outgoing shipments.
- Perform other administrative tasks as required.
MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS
Education: High school diploma or GED required. Some college preferred.
Experience: Three years of administrative assistant or related experience preferred.
Requirements
- Microsoft Office proficiency (Word/Excel/Outlook).
- Ability to independently use and operate Windows-based applications.

Pay:
Pay is commensurate with experience.
