- Front Desk Responsibilities - Answering phones & greeting clients
- Copying, scanning, filing
- Printing and assembling proposals and enrollments kids
- Assist in semi-annual billing
- Enter enrollments on various websites
- Update and prepare presentations
- Run reports
- Pull monthly statements
- Assist as needed in various areas

Our Ideal Administrative Assistant:
- Experience: High School diploma is required
- Computer Savvy: Can navigate Microsoft Office Products with advanced knowledge of Excel and learn various other computer programs.
- Problem-Solver: Not afraid to ask for help, but also takes the initiative to find answers to questions and research information.
- Client-Oriented: Communicates clearly and concisely while providing excellent customer service and exceeding client expectations.
- Team Player: Work and collaborate with like-minded team members while taking charge of personal work and getting things done independently. Willing to assist our group medical insurance line of business during their busy times.
