We are a premier Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) dedicated to providing high-quality care to our residents and fostering a collaborative, supportive work environment. We are hiring a Business Office Manager to lead the financial and administrative operations of our facility.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Manage all business office operations, including billing, accounts receivable, and accounts payable.
  • Ensure timely and accurate billing to Medicare, Medicaid, private payers, and third-party insurers.
  • Monitor and collect accounts receivable, minimizing overdue balances while maintaining compliance.
  • Oversee resident trust accounts and petty cash, ensuring proper documentation and reconciliation.
  • Conduct financial reviews with residents and families, clearly explaining billing policies and account details.
  • Prepare and submit monthly financial reports to the corporate office, assisting with budgeting and forecasting.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local regulations related to billing and reporting.
  • Lead and mentor office staff, promoting a culture of accuracy, efficiency, and excellent customer service.

Qualifications :

  • Education : Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field preferred. Equivalent experience will be considered.
  • Experience :
  • Minimum of 3 years in a similar role, preferably in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) or healthcare setting.

  • Strong knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and third-party payer regulations.
  • Skills :
  • Proficiency in financial management software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

  • Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal abilities, with discretion for handling sensitive information.
