We are a premier Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) dedicated to providing high-quality care to our residents and fostering a collaborative, supportive work environment. We are hiring a Business Office Manager to lead the financial and administrative operations of our facility.

Key Responsibilities :
- Manage all business office operations, including billing, accounts receivable, and accounts payable.
- Ensure timely and accurate billing to Medicare, Medicaid, private payers, and third-party insurers.
- Monitor and collect accounts receivable, minimizing overdue balances while maintaining compliance.
- Oversee resident trust accounts and petty cash, ensuring proper documentation and reconciliation.
- Conduct financial reviews with residents and families, clearly explaining billing policies and account details.
- Prepare and submit monthly financial reports to the corporate office, assisting with budgeting and forecasting.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local regulations related to billing and reporting.
- Lead and mentor office staff, promoting a culture of accuracy, efficiency, and excellent customer service.
Qualifications :
Minimum of 3 years in a similar role, preferably in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) or healthcare setting.
Proficiency in financial management software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
