Lancaster Nursing and Rehabilitation Center is a compassionate, resident-centered skilled nursing facility dedicated to providing exceptional care in a supportive environment. We are seeking a Business Office Manager (BOM) to lead our business office and oversee billing, payroll, admissions paperwork, and day-to-day financial operations.
Oversee the billing and collections process (Medicare, Medicaid, private insurance)
Manage resident trust accounts and handle inquiries related to billing
Coordinate and process payroll accurately and on time
Maintain admissions paperwork, including insurance verification
Ensure accuracy in accounts receivable and collaborate with corporate billing
Supervise and support office staff
Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
Report regularly to the Administrator and corporate leadership
High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Business preferred)
Minimum of 2 years of business office experience in long-term care or healthcare
Experience with Medicare/Medicaid billing and insurance claims
Strong understanding of accounts receivable/payroll systems
Proficient in Microsoft Office and healthcare billing software (e.g., PointClickCare, MatrixCare)
Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills
Monday to Friday
