Job Overview

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Office Manager to oversee daily operations and support our growing team. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth functioning of our office, coordinating administrative tasks, and enhancing team productivity.

Key ResponsibilitiesOffice Administration

  • Manage day-to-day office operations, including scheduling, correspondence, and supply inventory.
  • Maintain accurate records, files, and documentation.
  • Assist with payroll processing and other financial tasks as needed.

Team Coordination

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications.
  • Support the CEO and team with administrative tasks and project coordination.
  • Organize team meetings, track agendas, and follow up on action items.

Customer Support

  • Address client inquiries professionally and direct them to the appropriate team members.
  • Maintain excellent customer service standards and uphold LANCELOT’s values in all interactions.

Compliance and Reporting

  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Prepare reports and summaries for management.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as an Office Manager or in a similar administrative role.
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other tools.
  • Ability to work independently, solve problems efficiently, and take initiative.
  • High level of professionalism, reliability, and attention to detail.

Requirements

  • Clean driver’s license.
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test and background check.
  • Must be able to work in person at our Las Vegas office.
