The Role at a glance :
We are looking to add an experienced, motivated executive chef for our Lancer Hospitality team in Edina, MN. As an executive chef, you will have the opportunity to manage the BOH for an exciting Golf Club in Edina, MN. This is a salaried year round role with a flexible schedule and a great work / life balance in the off season.
What you'll be doing :
- Supervising the quality standards and practices of the food production process, including purchasing, food specifications, meal preparation, service, and sanitation.
- Developing standardized recipes and utilizing other production tools to ensure food quality and cost objectives are met.
- Participating in the planning and execution of special events.
