Pay rate is $22.56

Acceptable hours are 7-4, 8-5, 9-6
Candidate can slide but must be here for core hours 9-4. Must be a good communicator, attention to detail, and good work ethic.
Previous administrative experience with preferred experience with PREQ, invoicing and travel planning. (Will still review candidate if they don’t have this experience).
Required Technologies: Adobe, Microsoft products - Excel, Word, Teams Outlook Day to Day Administrative duties - processing invoices for payment, placing tickets for staff, organizing events - reserving rooms, etc., making travel arrangements, submitting expense reports.
Soft Skills: Communication, collaborative, self-motivated.
The Team: Small administrative support team of 3 supporting a large division of ~400 people with 7 directors.
Entry level candidates are okay as long as they meet the min requirements of the job.
Provides professional administrative support for a department. Functions include: typing, verification of accuracy, copying, faxing, updating records, filing, ordering supplies, preparing travel arrangements, coordinating special projects, creating complex spreadsheets, and handling routine internal/external inquiries. May assist with ID administration requests, mail, monitoring staffing requisitions, or generating reports for statistical analysis and workload management.
40% Types, edits, formats, reviews, and updates various forms, correspondence, and documents. Prepares departmental invoices, charts, graphs, reports, spreadsheets, and confidential memos.
25% Maintains area documents, files, binders, organizational charts, job descriptions, contacts, mailing lists, desk procedures, meeting and staff schedules, action item updates, and meeting minutes.
20% Performs administrative functions such as maintaining coverage of phones, handling mail, ordering supplies, and making travel arrangements. 10% Maintains follow up information. Coordinates with maintenance and housekeeping as necessary. Ensures adequate supplies are on hand at all times.
5% Ensures that matters requiring attention in the absence of management are handled or referred to the appropriate person.
Required Skills and Abilities:
Strong verbal and written communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently.
Required Software and Tools: Microsoft Office.
Preferred Software and Tools: Proficient Access knowledge. Work Environment: Typical office environment. Work may require transporting or moving materials.
