- Responsible for answering a multi-line phone system, greeting visitors to the Commission and directing them to the appropriate staff member or hearing location, answering or routing general Commission questions via telephone or e-mail, receiving deliveries from couriers, and performing general administrative tasks as assigned.
- Responsible for completing all copy requests and subpoenas and creating an invoice when required. Maintain the reception area, ensuring a welcoming and professional environment.
- Additional duties as assigned.
- A high school diploma or GED and one (1) year of administrative experience.
- Excellent verbal communication skills and the ability to work well with employees and the general public.
- Ability to handle a multi-line phone system with a high call volume while performing functions.
- Ability to research initial inquiries for stakeholders and claimants.

- At least (1) year of administrative experience as a state agency receptionist responsible for greeting visitors and answering incoming telephones to the organization.
