Job Title : Customer Service Coordinator
Location : Columbus, OH 43228
Duration : 03 Month Contract (Temp to hire)
Hours : 08 : 00 AM to 05 : 00 PM (Mon – Fri)
Pay Rates : $20.00 / hr. on W2
Description :
Under limited supervision, provides customer service assistance for digital readout systems, rotary encoders, and linear encoders.
Primary tasks include : Receiving purchase orders from customers and entering sales orders into Oracle ERP system. Ordering items from our internal factory. Receiving items into our ERP system when the arrive. Processing dispatch documents to ship items to our customers.
Excellent writing and communication skills are required for this position
The Customer Service Coordinator should possess the ability to perform the following :
Under limited supervision, provides customer service assistance for digital readout systems, rotary encoders, and linear encoders.

Attention to detail and accuracy are critical skills for this position.
A variety of routine support activities in the customer service function. Responsible for promoting and maintaining positive customer relations. Responding to customer inquiries and resolving problems. Interacting with other departments to resolve technical product issues, ensure delivery schedule, or help resolve account billing.
Provide product and pricing information to customers.
Minimum Qualifications and Experience Requirement :
Excellent customer service and phone skills, with ability to work in fast-paced sales environment
Positive attitude and team player
Proficient in computer software applications such as MS Office (Word, Excel)
Quality and detail oriented
Ability to multi-task and problem solve effectively regarding customer issues
Proficient in computer software applications such as MS Office (Word, Excel)
