OTC Industrial Technologies is looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team in Columbus, OH!
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the primary contact for customers, assuring superior customer service levels are met and exceeded. Including timely processing and communication of all inquiries, orders, complaints, returns and corrections.
What You'll Do :
- Optimize route coordinating for service appointments
- Adjust and follow through on customer inquiries and complaints involving related services.
- Provide trouble-shooting assistance; assist with shipment issues; resolve product related problems
- Proactively review direct ship purchase orders for products / services and track scheduled delivery dates
- Manage and track material returns with customers / suppliers
- Handle all shipping and receiving responsibilities
- Cycle counting
- General warehouse work
- Other duties may be assigned.
