Title: Services Coordinator, Laboratory Operations
Location: Research Triangle Park, NC 27709
Job Type: Contract Role
Pay : $25/hr - $30/hr
Responsibilities:
Work as planner/scheduler to maintain account of activities throughout laboratory equipment lifecycle including onboarding, calibration, maintenance and decommissioning.
Develop work Instructions for new and existing laboratory equipment in collaboration with Metrology, as needed.
Perform planning and scheduling upon receiving work orders to develop detailed schedules and plans to guide work execution.
Compile, sort, and prepare source data for database entry into CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System).
Schedule service for laboratory equipment in coordination with outside vendors and internal staff.
Maintain a directory of vendors and resources.
About you:
BS/BA preferred.
2-5 years of administrative experience.
Prior pharmaceutical, laboratory, or facilities and engineering experience a plus.
Possess basic office skills and proficiency working with Microsoft Office programs including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
