About the Job

The selected individual will be responsible for managing medication therapies, conducting pharmacokinetic monitoring, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes.
A minimum of 1 year experience as an Inpatient Pharmacist is required, along with certifications such as ARRT, CRT, BLS, ACLS, etc. Active licensure in good standing as a pharmacist in the state of Arizona is also necessary.
