Job title : Compensation Analyst
Duration of assignment : 12 months with potential extension
Pay range : 38- 40 USD Hourly on W2

Basic Function
- As a member of the Global Compensation Team, you will provide analytical support for compensation processes to meet business objectives in the area of global compensation and rewards recognition.
- While this position focuses on the US region, you will also assist on projects that are global in nature and provide Compensation support for other regions as needed.
- As part of this role, candidates must be based in Houston and are required to work at least two days a week in the LYB office. Additionally, flexibility to work extra days in office as needed is essential.
