Job Description
Job Summary :
Seeking an experienced Inbuilding RF Design and Optimization Engineer that will lead the delivery of inbuilding projects for RAN and meet customer requirements. This position will require a leader with the ability to track time, performance, and quality according to Ericsson requirements and customer contracts.
Key Responsiblities :
- Responsible for overall solution and RF design including LTE & NR.
- Well versed with iBwave to be able to deliver indoor designs with Ericsson products - including building 3D model, product placement, cabling, labeling, baseband dimensioning, etc.
- Experience with Ericsson RAN products, design with Passive DAS and RDS systems.
- Experience with design indoor venues of different sizes and types (business office, hospitals, warehouse, factory, stadiums, etc)
- Understand Site Surveys and the Construction process.
- Understand sectorization, SINR and Macro interference.
- Familiarity with Ericsson and third-party products to generate BOMs for deployment.
- Consultative with an ability to communicate clearly and manage the customer requirements.
- Leads delivery for several customer accounts, regions, and markets.
- Significant customer interaction to build scopes; and ensure alignment on scope, timelines, and results.
- Leads remote engineering teams.

Location : Plano, TX (Remote)
Compensation : $40.00 - $42.00 per hour on W2.
