Title : Legal Receptionist & Switchboard

Location : New York, NY 10036

Duration : 0-3 months (Temp to Engage)

Shift : 9 : 30 am - 6 : 30 pm Mon - Fri

Pay : $23.00 / hour

Job Description :

  • This person will be answering calls and taking messages, escorting visitors to appropriate conference rooms, maintaining logs for reception duties,

reporting any complaints to site manager, act as office lead when site manager is out, logging package delivery, and managing an email inbox.

  • The manager is looking for someone with hotel / concierge experience.
  • This candidate should be very welcoming and professional with a front desk-appropriate demeanor.
  • This candidate should have customer service skills, multi-tasking skills, and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Administration Skills are a plus.
  • Candidate should be able to lift 50 pounds, assistance will be available for anything more than that.
  • And it is accessible by public transportation. There is no parking.
