What are the responsibilities and job description for the Production Technician position at LanceSoft?
Production Technician I role is responsible for operating high-speed equipment in a cGMP environment. The technician will perform setup, operation, inspection, maintenance, troubleshooting, and cleaning of equipment. They will also complete production batches, AQL inspections, reworks, and material reconciliation. Additionally, the technician will contribute to building a positive work environment by executing production activities per approved Manufacturing Directions while maintaining compliance with all job-related SOPs. The technician will ensure accurate batch paperwork completion, execute validation protocols, provide assistance with review and revision of Manufacturing Directions and SOPs, operate high-speed manufacturing equipment efficiently, engage in cage movement, maintain product segregation, and follow departmental cleaning procedures.
