Work Schedule : Hybrid 3 days in office

- Finance
- Human Resources
- Legal
- Sales
- Clinical Life Sciences
Overview :
We're looking primarily for an IT Technical recruiter who can also recruit General & Administrative (G&A) roles like Finance, HR, Legal, Sales, etc., but would love to have someone with the Clinical Life Sciences experience as well. No nurse / doctor recruiting experience - we don't want those.
Description :
The Recruiter is responsible for attracting, screening, and interviewing potential candidates for job openings. They will develop and maintain relationships with candidates and hiring managers, coordinate the recruitment process from sourcing to hiring, manage the recruiting budget, and track recruiting metrics. Additionally, they will stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in recruiting.
Responsibilities :

Minimum Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in a related field
5 years of experience as a recruiter, ideally in house
Strong understanding of the recruitment process
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred Qualifications
Experience using Workday Recruiting
Experience with gSuite
