Job Description & Requirements Specialty : Licensed Clinical Social Worker Discipline : Social Work Start Date : 03 / 03 / 2025 Duration : 13 weeks 40 hours per week Shift : 8 hours, days Employment Type : Travel Title : Social Worker (LBSW) / Social Worker (LCSW)
- Case Manager Day 1 health dental vision Weekly payment provided Referral bonus provided Sign on bonus provided Shift : 8 : 00 AM
- 4 : 30 PM Master's in social work Required LCSW
- Licensed Clinical Social Worker Required LICSW
- Strongly Preferred 3 years clinical experience in acute care in areas such as internal medicine, surgery, orthopedics, mother / child, cardiology, oncology, psychiatry 3 years clinical experience in Rehab Setting, Home Health and Long-Term Care would be considered.
Previous care management or third-party insurance review preferred Experience specializing in utilization management (levels of care knowledge and demonstrable competence with evidence-based criteria tools), discharge planning to entities throughout a continuum of care Current knowledge of CMS (levels of care determinations), appeal rights & DPH regulations required Current knowledge of Kepro QIO (appeals) required Knowledge of regulatory and accreditation organizations such as Joint Commission, DPH and HealthGrades preferred BLS (AHA) W2 / hour : $32 OT : $48 Nontaxable : $1554 Total weekly gross : $2,834 HCHSNS About LanceSoft Established in 2000, LanceSoft is a Certified MBE and Woman-Owned organization.
