Finger dexterity is needed to access, enter, and retrieve data using a computer keyboard or calculator and to operate standard office equipment. This position occasionally bends, stoops, reaches, pushes, pulls and may lift up to 20 lbs. This is primarily an office classification and employees work in an office with moderate noise levels, controlled temperature conditions and no direct exposure to hazardous physical substances. May work offsite in various environments; travel may be required.

- Ability to work effectively and productively with others and maintain excellent relations with vendors, dealers, and visitors.
- Follows up regularly with customers regarding part status and delivery.
- Organizes and prioritizes large volumes of information and calls.
- Sorts and distributes mail. Drafts written responses or replies by phone or e-mail when necessary. Responds to regularly occurring requests for information.
- Provides administrative support with customers as required.
- Maintain ongoing communication and adhere to all company policies to eliminate and/ or reduce exposure to liability.

- Required- High school diploma or equivalent with 1 year of administrative experience. Experience using Microsoft Office Suite of Programs. Strong Microsoft Excel skillset.
- Desired- High school diploma or equivalent with 3 years related administrative experience.
