Key Responsibilities
- Market available units on social media and advertising platforms.
- Sell and lease new and pre-owned homes.
- Handle administrative tasks, maintenance follow-ups, and property inspections.
- Interview and pre-qualify prospective tenants, schedule showings, and manage tenant compliance.
- Collect rent, track service requests, and negotiate home sales.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience : 5 years in Sales, Property Management, Customer Service, or Office Administration.
- Skills : Strong organizational, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills. Advanced computer proficiency (Microsoft Suite, Google Workspace, property management software).
- Attributes : Independent worker, team player, detail-oriented, friendly, and results-driven.

Requirements
- Ability to lift / move up to 30 lbs.
