Business Operations Analyst
This role will play a key support of various categories with the Packaging Strategic Sourcing team within Supply Chain at Land O'Lakes for our Dairy Foods and / or Feed business units. This individual will oversee contract and pricing audits to include managing of pricing in the various ERP systems. Other key responsibilities include ownership in crafting and maintaining pricing analytical reports via PowerBI, generating spend reports for RFPs, auditing of supplier pricing, commodity tracking. This role will be responsible for managing integrity of packaging data systems which include pricing, spend reports, and packaging specifications as well as executing certain sourcing related business processes.
Contracting Governance
- Acquire pricing data, perform analysis, and provide guidance to the Category Managers.
- Initiate supplier pricing audits to ensure compliance with contracted price changes to include pricing formulas and commodity indexing adjustments.
- Develop and implement supplier development programs to enhance supplier capabilities and performance to include supplier scorecards and KPIs maintained through PowerBI reports.
