About the Role
The Aged Cheese Production Worker is a crucial member of our team, responsible for overseeing the affinage and aging process of various aged cheese products. This role involves ensuring the efficient operation of machinery, detecting malfunctions, and completing tasks in a timely manner.
As part of this role, you will work under the direction of the Creamery Supervisor and other Aged Cheese leadership staff to achieve optimal results. You will be required to follow company procedures, GMPs, Safety, and Quality programs to ensure the highest quality products are produced.

Key Responsibilities
- Machinery Operation: Ensure that machinery runs efficiently, detect malfunctions, and complete tasks in a timely manner.
- Quality Control: Monitor product quality, take pH, temperature, and moisture readings, and adjust processes accordingly.
- Cleaning and Sanitizing: Complete cleaning and sanitizing tasks according to schedule and necessity.
- Reporting and Communication: Communicate regularly with other departments on specific work processes, report issues and progress to supervisors, and maintain accurate records.
Requirements
- Education: 18 years or older.
- Skills: Basic computer skills, ability to read, write, comprehend verbal and written instructions, and possess basic mathematical skills.
- Experience: 1 years of continuous prior experience in any industry (preferred).
