We are seeking a Maintenance Support Associate to join our Land OLakes team. In this role, you will perform maintenance tasks to ensure our facilities and production equipment are running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:
- Painting and cleaning facilities.
- Assisting Maintenance Technicians with routine and corrective actions.
- Complying with all safety processes and insisting on safe practices for yourself and others.
- Showing up on time, completing tasks by deadlines, and adapting to changes quickly.
Qualifications:
- Must be 18 years or older.
- 1 year or more of work experience in any industry.
- Basic computer and math skills.
- Able to read, write, comprehend, follow verbal and written instructions in English.
- Willingness to learn new skills, problem-solve and troubleshoot.
