ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Repair/Work Orders and Service Scheduling: Aid with Repair/PM work orders and service scheduling.
- Equipment Maintenance Records and Paperwork: Assist with equipment maintenance records and related paperwork, including work orders, repair logs, and documentation for compliance purposes.
- Department Reports: Create, maintain, and distribute department reports related to maintenance activities, such as equipment performance, work order status, and resource utilization.
- Handling Urgent Equipment Breakdowns: Assist in resolving equipment issues promptly, ensuring minimal downtime and prompt resolutions.
- Parts and Inventory Management: Assist in managing and maintaining inventory of spare parts, tools, and equipment used in maintenance operations. Help with inventory tracking, reordering, and restocking to ensure availability and minimize downtime.
- Communication and Coordination: Communicate with maintenance personnel, supervisors, and other departments to facilitate smooth coordination of maintenance activities. Provide updates, relay information, and assist in resolving any issues or concerns.
OTHER DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide general support to the facility, Purchasing and maintenance team.
- Assist in maintaining a clean and organized workspaces within the facility.
REQUIRED SKILLS/ABILITIES
- Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Thorough knowledge of Word/Excel/Outlook/Adobe/Power Point
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
