Key Responsibilities:
Promote a culture of safety and excellence through leadership by example.
Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements, including OSHA, FDA, EPA, and state agencies.
Drive efficiency and cost savings through effective resource allocation and process optimization.
Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations.
Develop and implement strategies to meet customer requirements, production goals, and TMM objectives.
Lead employee development initiatives to attract, retain, and grow top talent.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent 4 years of manufacturing experience or Bachelor's degree 2 years of supervisory experience.
Candidates in rotational programs (TAP/MMT/DMT) will be considered.
