About the Role
We are looking for a highly motivated and organized Operations Team Member to join our team at Land O'Lakes, Inc. In this role, you will be responsible for performing various tasks involved in the production process, from receiving and handling raw materials to packaging the final product.
As an Operations Team Member, you will work closely with supervisors and co-workers to achieve production goals while maintaining a safe and clean working environment. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, basic computer knowledge, and the ability to follow manufacturer's specifications and direction.

Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED preferred.
- 6 months of solid work experience in any industry.
- BASIC computer skills.
- Ability to follow manufacturer's specifications and direction.
Physical Requirements:
- Frequent movement, including walking, standing, bending/stooping, turning, twisting, pushing, pulling, raising arms, lifting, climbing, and other active movements.
- Working in various temperature zones, including cold and hot environments, and wearing personal protective equipment as needed.
