Land O'Lakes, Inc. is seeking a skilled Production Maintenance Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our manufacturing team, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of facility and production equipment.
In this role, you will work with a variety of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems and controls, ensuring the performance of plant machinery and equipment is optimal. You will perform regular and preventive maintenance, repairs, diagnoses, tests, troubleshoots, and inspections, and document your work accordingly.
You will also ensure all standard operating procedures are followed and adapt to changes quickly. Your strong collaboration, communication skills, and respect towards colleagues are essential in this role.
