Production Operator - Night Shift

The Production Operator plays a crucial role in the manufacturing process, ensuring high-quality products and adhering to strict safety protocols. As a key member of our team, you will learn the art of cheesemaking and develop essential skills in pasteurization and quality control.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain a safe working environment by following all standard operating procedures (SOPs)
• Communicate work order progress to supervisors and production teams
• Identify and report any potential non-conforming products or equipment issues
• Adhere to all GMPs, Safety, Quality, and Sanitation plans

Physical Requirements:

• Frequent movement including walking, standing, bending/stooping, turning, twisting, pushing, pulling, raising arms, lifting up to 50 lbs
• Perform duties while wearing personal protective equipment
• Work across temperature zones that may include cold and/or hot environments for extended periods
