We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Feed Sales and Customer Development Specialist to join our team at Land O'Lakes. As a key member of our sales force, you will be responsible for driving growth in dairy feed sales within our partner co-op in the Wausau WI territory.
This role requires strong business acumen and analytical skills, as well as the ability to communicate effectively with customers and internal stakeholders. You will work closely with our sales team to develop and implement strategies to increase sales and market share, while also identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.
The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in Animal Science or a related field, and previous sales experience in the animal nutrition industry. You should have a strong understanding of dairy husbandry, nutritional guidelines, and general market knowledge. Proficiency in MS Office and the ability to learn new software systems is also required.
