What are the responsibilities and job description for the Shift Operator for Dairy Manufacturing position at Land O'Lakes?
This 2nd Shift Production Operator role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working in a dynamic environment and take pride in their work. You will be responsible for assisting with various tasks, including receiving and handling raw materials, adding value through proprietary processes, and packaging the final product.
To succeed in this role, you must be able to work safely, efficiently, and accurately under limited supervision. You should also possess basic computer skills, be able to read, write, comprehend, follow verbal and written instructions, and have basic mathematical skills.
A successful candidate will also be able to communicate effectively with supervisors and production operators, ensuring a smooth workflow and meeting productivity standards. In addition, you will be required to follow all SOPs and adhere to GMPs, Safety, Quality, and Sanitation plans.
