Job Description
This key member of our Land O'Lakes, Inc. warehousing team will perform front-line processes that ensure successful delivery of final products. The ideal candidate will gain skills and experience in warehouse operations, including coordinating inbound/outbound deliveries, packing/loading final products using a forklift, assisting with cycle counts, and organizing areas of the warehouse. Daily operation on a forklift and use of other plant machinery and equipment will be required.

Physical Requirements

Required Skills and Qualifications

- Must be 18 years or older
- 1 years of work experience in a warehouse environment
- Forklift experience
- Basic computer and math skills
- Able to read, write, comprehend, follow verbal and written instructions
- Willingness to learn new skills, problem-solve and troubleshoot
- Strong collaboration, communication skills, and respect towards others
