We are undertaking a residential home renovation project along Hackberry Road, Holland and require a skilled foreman to oversee the work. You will also be responsible for assembling a reliable team to assist in completing the renovation.
The following tasks are required, but not limited to:
- Painting – Interior and exterior painting of walls and ceilings.
- Lighting Installation – Installation of new light fixtures throughout the home.
- Flooring – Installation of laminate and carpet flooring.
- Structural Repairs – Door framing, repairs to exterior and interior walls.
- Doors & Windows – Replacement of existing doors and windows.
- Concrete Repairs – Patching cracks in concrete surfaces.
Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Foreman (Contractual) to oversee and manage renovation projects for residential homes. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, the ability to work well with a team, and extensive hands-on experience in various aspects of home renovation.
Key Responsibilities:
· Supervise and coordinate renovation projects, ensuring timely completion and quality workmanship.
· Provide leadership and guidance to workers, ensuring efficient workflow and productivity.
· Perform carpentry tasks, including framing, cabinetry, and woodwork repairs.
· Execute painting jobs, including surface preparation and application of various finishes.
· Handle flooring installations, specifically laminate and carpeting works.
· Install lighting fixtures and perform basic electrical work.
· Conduct masonry tasks, such as patching cracks and repairing surfaces.
· Work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high standards of quality.
· Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company guidelines.
Qualifications:
· Proven experience in residential home renovation projects.
