We are seeking a passionate and motivated Property Manager to join our team and help us elevate the quality of life for our residents.

The Property Manager is responsible for the overall management of the property, ensuring its smooth operation and delivering an exceptional living experience to residents. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for creating a positive, vibrant community.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the daily operations of Landing at Angle Lake and other communities, ensuring the properties are well-maintained and run efficiently.
  • Manage leasing activities, including marketing the property, conducting tours, processing applications, and ensuring lease renewals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with residents, ensuring their satisfaction and addressing any concerns or maintenance requests promptly.
  • Supervise and lead a team of staff members, including maintenance and office personnel, ensuring high performance and team cohesion.
  • Develop and implement resident engagement activities and events to promote a sense of community and enhance the living experience.
  • Ensure compliance with all company policies, local regulations, and legal requirements.
  • Manage budgets, track expenses, and work to meet financial goals for the property.
  • Maintain accurate records, including resident files, lease agreements, and maintenance requests.
  • Collaborate with corporate teams to drive initiatives that improve the property’s overall success.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of Property Manager experience.
  • Strong Yardi knowledge is required.
  • Previous property management experience preferred.
  • Ability to manage multiple properties.
  • Reliable transportation is a must as the role involves overseeing multiple properties.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with residents, staff, and vendors.
  • Knowledge of Washington state laws and regulations related to property management is a plus.
  • Based in Seattle or surrounding suburbs.

Pay: $34.00 - $38.00 per hour
