About the role:
- You’ll sell Autopilot, Landings exclusive management agreement, to Multifamily Ownership Groups and Property Management Groups around the US.
- Closing deals is the name of the game, daily follow up w/ leads and relationship building is key
- Lead sourcing, identifying then testing creative ways to get in front of decision makers
- Zoom/remote pitches are common, but getting out into the field to meet local teams to close deals is regular. Being prepared to hop on a plane is a weekly occurrence.
- Contract negotiation is a muscle you’ll use regularly.
- Industry networking, getting existing partners to refer us to who they know.
- You’ll work cross functionally with our AP Ops team on the deals you close.
- Based in Birmingham, AL HQ office
- Proven track record of successful collaboration with Service/Implementation teams
- Consistent history of exceeding sales quotas
- Strong planning skills and ability to implement successful sales strategies
- Excellent work ethic, written and communication skills
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Ability to travel across the country to close a deal
- 2 years of relevant sales experience
