Job Overview:
The HR Analyst is responsible for collecting, analyzing, and reporting on data related to employee performance, turnover, compensation, and other HR metrics. They assist in making data-driven decisions and work closely with other HR functions to enhance workforce strategies and ensure alignment with the organization’s goals.
The analyst will also be responsible for managing data in the HRIS system (entry, edits, updates, etc.). Will assist in managing the front end payroll process to ensure accurate data feeds to Sr. Payroll Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
Pay is in the range of $51,100 - $70,228 per year. The position is eligible for a 401(k) match and consideration for an annual bonus. The actual base salary offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include, as applicable, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, and certifications or other professional licenses held. Key Responsibilities:
- Data Analysis: Analyze employee data such as turnover, absenteeism, performance reviews, and compensation trends to identify patterns and insights.
- Reporting: Develop and maintain regular HR reports, including workforce metrics, diversity statistics, and other key performance indicators (KPIs).
- HR Strategy Support: Provide analytical support to HR leadership in developing strategies related to recruitment, retention, compensation, and employee engagement.
- Employee Surveys: Design, administer, and analyze employee satisfaction and engagement surveys to gather insights into workplace culture.
- Process Improvement: Recommend data-driven solutions for improving HR processes, such as recruitment practices, onboarding, performance evaluations, and compensation.
- Benchmarking: Conduct market research and benchmark compensation and benefits packages against industry standards to ensure competitiveness.
- Data Management: Ensure HR data accuracy and consistency within the HRIS (Human Resource Information System) and other databases.
- Compliance and Legal Support: Assist with compliance reports, audits, and other activities related to labor laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other HR professionals, including recruiters, training and development specialists, and HR managers, to align business objectives with HR practices.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience as an HR Analyst, HR Coordinator, or similar role.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel or other data analysis tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
- Familiarity with HRIS software (Workday, ADP, SAP, etc.).
- Knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Experience with data visualization tools and techniques.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage competing priorities.
