JOB STATEMENT
This position will be primarily responsible for locating and acquiring raw land, approved development plans, and individual homesites / lots for residential and multifamily development and construction. This position also will assist due diligence and evaluation of current and future land projects.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; and talk or hear. The employee must occasionally lift and / or move up to twenty-five pounds, reaching above shoulder heights, below the waist or lifting as required to file documents or store materials. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, and ability to adjust focus.
The performance of this position may occasionally require exposure to construction areas where under certain areas require the use of personal protective equipment such as hard hats.
The noise level in the work environment is mild to moderate. The primary room environment contains ambient room temperatures and lighting as found in a typical office environment.
