Job Duties To Include But Not Limited To
- Help Desk – support & troubleshoot all IT-related issues.
- Onboarding support, including equipment and software preparation and set up, employee communication, and ensuring new hires experience a smooth transition.
- Provide Office 365 and SharePoint expertise and support for the organization.
- Maintain the Duo Admin portal for sign-in authentication and network security.
- Maintain all office equipment- this includes keeping an updated inventory, properly wiping and reloading returned computers, prepping computers for issue, ordering additional computers and accessories as needed, and troubleshooting any equipment related issues.
- Communication to outside IT vendors as needed to escalate issues.
- Communication with employees of all levels regarding IT or equipment-related questions and/or concerns.
- Any additional IT equipment or software-related duties as needed.
Working Conditions
· Most of the work is in an office setting. Will be deployed to jobsites as necessary (PPE provided).
