Position: Front Desk Administrator
Department: Front Desk Administration
Role: Landmark Dental Studio is looking for an individual with a friendly attitude, high energy, and the ability to multitask to serve as our company’s front desk greeter. In this position, you will welcome guests entering the building and help direct them where they need to go. In addition, you’ll be responsible for updating the team regarding patients’ questions and requests.
This job can be fast paced with little downtime. You will work a set schedule that’s free of weekend and evening hours. We also offer great benefits, personal time off, and bonuses. Responsibilities:
Serve as the face of the company, offering friendly and welcoming service to those entering the building or calling in on the phone
Greet people entering the building, answering any questions, providing directions and alerting staff with updates when their patients are here
Checking temperatures and making sure patient has completed all of their forms
Answer a multiple line phone system as need and routing calls to the proper extensions or taking messages and delivering them to the corresponding member
Calling patients that are late to their appointment
Manage the building log of visitors who is entering and exiting the building, providing visitor badges
Accept deliveries and mail, organize them to be distributed to the correct recipients and also managing outgoing mail and packages for pickup
Maintain the front desk and waiting area clean, sanitizing the area constantly throughout the day
Assist with additional assignments
Requirements:
High school diploma or GED
At least two years of training or experience in customer service and office work
Computer proficiency
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work independently

Pay: $26.00 - $28.00 per hour
