Position Summary
As a Client Services Account Manager, you will play a key role in maintaining Landmark Global’s high standards of customer service. This position requires excellent communication (internal and external), strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with various internal teams at Landmark. You will serve as a primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring smooth operations and resolving shipping-related issues efficiently.
Job Description
Core responsibilities will include the following areas:
- Customer Support:
o Provide exceptional service to both existing and prospective clients by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring overall satisfaction.
- Issue Resolution & Data Management:
o Respond to email inquiries, analyze shipping data, resolve discrepancies, and ensure timely issue resolution. Handle claims, reship requests, financial analysis, and shipment corrections.
- Collaboration & Coordination:
o Work closely with internal teams such as Operations, Network, IT & Development, Sales, and Trade Services to support a seamless customer experience and drive continuous improvement.
- Project Management & Ad Hoc Tasks:
o Support short-term projects and contribute to the completion of various tasks as needed for the client base.
- Travel Requirements:
o Periodic travel may be required for client visits, meetings, or other business needs.
- Other Duties:
o Perform additional responsibilities as assigned to support the team and the business.
Position Requirements
Requirements/Qualifications include:
- Prior Client Service experience required.
o Experience with logistics, shipping, or customer service is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on customer and client satisfaction
- Email organization, task prioritization, and time management.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong computer skills including web and database.
o Microsoft Excel experience is a must.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Willingness and ability to travel as needed

Position Pay Range
- $22.00 to $24.00 per hour based on experience and other factors
