Inspection Specialist
Landmark Inspection Services, a respected leader in building inspection services, is seeking an organized, detail-oriented Inspection Specialist to support our Housing Quality Standards (HQS) and National Standards for the Physical Inspection of Real Estate (NSPIRE) inspection teams. This position provides crucial administrative support, coordinating inspection schedules, communicating with property owners and residents, sending notifications, tracking due dates, and managing inspection documentation.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage scheduling for field inspectors
- Communicate professionally with property owners and residents regarding inspection schedules and requirements
- Prepare and distribute inspection notification and result letters
- Track inspection timelines and ensure compliance with deadlines
- Manage inspection documentation and maintain accurate records
Qualifications:
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Proficiency in office software (MS Office Suite, scheduling tools, databases)
- Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently
- Previous experience in administrative support, customer service, or related fields preferred
