Floor Care Specialist

Landmark Management Solutions is a New England based owner, operator and management service provider dedicated to the Seniors Housing & Rehabilitative Care Industry with a concentration and specialized resource capacity in the skilled nursing sector.

Landmark is currently recruiting a Floor Care Specialist with maintenance assistance responsibilities as needed. The successful candidate must be willing to travel to Worcester, Framingham, Boston, including Cambridge and Dorchester, and Hyannis. The primary responsibilities in this position will focus on the facility floor care needs including repair and replacement.

The Floor Care Specialist MUST be qualified in managing the replacement and maintenance throughout the facilities. This is not an environmental service/housekeeping position. The right candidate will have repaired, maintained and replaced flooring. Experience is required and candidates without strong floor technician/care experience will not be considered.
