We are currently looking for a Director of Retail Banking to join the Landmark team. Here are all the details:
HOW YOU WILL CONNECT:
Provides strategic direction for the retail banking team that consistently delivers the Landmark National Bank promise of being the champion and catalyst for our communities. This position is responsible for creating and leading initiatives that foster a culture of excellence and continuous improvement, ensuring exceptional customer service, growing deposits, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. Accountable for efficient, compliant, and profitable operations at all Landmark National Bank locations. Works closely with Retail Banking Coordinators, other bank divisions, and bank leadership to develop, monitor, and achieve bank goals.
WHO YOU ARE:
- Bachelors Degree in Business or related field
- 10 years progressive leadership experience in retail banking or a related field
- Maintain a high degree of discretion and confidentiality
- Demonstrated leadership, strategic thinking, and decision making skills
- Strong planning and organizational skills
- Advanced communication and customer service skills, including extensive experience with presentations
- Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and external partners.
- Advanced level of understanding of basic personal computer programs (Internet, Word, Excel, and Outlook)
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
- Advance bank success by developing and implementing short and long-term strategies to achieve the banks retail banking goals, including growth in deposits, loans and customer base.
- Oversee branch administration, ensuring efficient operations and compliance with internal controls, operational procedures, and risk management policies.
- Holds team accountable for service and sales performance standards, and provides necessary supervision, training, coaching and development to support team success.
- Supervise, train, coach, and develop your team of managers that fosters a culture of collaboration and curiosity.
- Collaborate with team, other bank divisions, and bank leadership to develop, monitor, and achieve bank goals.
- Responsible for performance counseling, including making and recommending disciplinary action decisions.
- Demonstrate ability to exercise sound business judgement, including collecting and analyzing data to inform decisions.
- Represent Landmark National Bank through community engagement to advance the banks reputation both during and after business hours.
- Performs other duties and projects as assigned.
- Adhere to bank policies and procedures.
