POSITION SUMMARY
The Technical Analyst must demonstrate a high level of customer service and team work. Primary objectives include fielding phone calls, responding to email requests, and troubleshooting issues from users seeking assistance with computers, printers, network/file permission, network user IDs, and computer peripheral devices. Duties will also include operating, monitoring, and servicing multiple communications and data processing devices involving both voice and data networks. Supports package software by maintaining the bank's products, services, and documents on software systems on an ongoing basis, including evaluation, testing, and implementing system software and interface applications. Supports procedures regarding workstation and network systems to comply with all bank policies.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Candidate must have 2 years experience working in a Microsoft-based network environment.
Core Competencies include:
- A working knowledge of LAN/WAN connectivity.
- Citrix knowledge is preferred.
- Entry level Active Directory administration experience is a plus.
- Experience troubleshooting Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access).
- Experience installing Windows applications and patches, as well as the ability to troubleshoot OS and application errors as they occur.
- Experience in a VMWare or other virtualized environment.
- Must be available for occasional afterhours work in order to perform duties that can not be performed during normal business hours.
- Must demonstrate the ability to interact effectively with employees, management, and vendors.
Qualifications
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Candidate will perform the following core functions:
- Respond to end-user, IT related requests within a timely manner.
- Perform assigned levels of Network Administration, which includes: new user setup, Active Directory rights changes, Microsoft Exchange mailbox tasks, and troubleshooting general system and network performance metrics.
- Perform Microsoft and 3rd party patch management scans and patch remediation.
- Implement software installations and configurations which comply with bank strategies.
- Ensure bank information security by working with antivirus solutions, antispam solutions, web access filters, and security monitoring tools.
- Implement and troubleshoot network infrastructure with the assistance (as needed) of Landmark MSP’s.

Salary : $40,000 - $80,000
